Emily's Summer Style Staples

The pimms is flowing, Glastonbury and Wimbledon are back in the calendar and summer 2022 is officially on! After two years of summers blighted with lockdowns and restrictions we are ready for a summer of LOVE. I’ve put together an edit of summer staples that will see you through weddings, holidays, garden parties and everything in between!

My Style Staples

The Wedding Guest Dress. The Ruched Bodice dress from Boden is just the dream summer dress in the perfect shade of ‘Riviera Blue’. And the best bit? It as pockets! I’ve also got my eye on the Square Neck Lace Maxi Dress from Warehouse - wedding guest outfit sorted!

The Holiday Set. The beautiful white broderie Saas top and Huez shorts from British brand Jovonna London are the perfect pairing and will keep you cool while showing off your tan. Pair with the M&S Gladiator strappy sandals and a Sezane basket bag.

The Linen Shirt. I’ll be living in my White Linen Shirt from H&M. The most versatile of summer wardrobe staples, wear over swimwear as a beach cover up, throw on over summer dress or pair with denim cut-offs.

The Boho Beach Look. The X’s and O’s Midi dress from Free People comes in five different colours and screams barefoot Ibiza sunset vibes. Add a crystal body chain (spotted one in the Anthropologie sale) and a beaded anklet and let the cocktails flow!

The Summer Suit. If dresses aren’t your vibe then worry not! Mango have created the dream summer suit. Floral? Tick! Linen? Tick! The oversize blazer and flared tailored trousers are cut to perfection.

The Jumpsuit. Harry Styles has given me all the jumpsuit inspo lately and this summer I’ll be wearing the gorgeous Oasis Floral Jumpsuit with a pair of cream leather flat form sandals from warehouse.

The Everyday Dress. You will find me floating around all summer long in the gorgeous, versatile tie front midi shirt dress from our very own Capsule collection. This dress will see you through days spent sightseeing in the city, garden parties, beach holidays and evening cocktails. I can’t wait!
